AGE OF CHILD A child must be two, three, four, or five years of age on or before September 1 in order to be enrolled in each age group. LICENSING Our Child Development Center participates in an on-going program of inspections and approval by the Florida Department of Children and Families, (DCF). We are a 501C3 non-profit organization under tax ID # 59-0737-902. Because we are licensed, your child's registration forms MUST be accompanied by a certificate of health and an immunization record that is current (the yellow and blue health forms which are given by your doctor).
