** A non-refundable payment for half of the first month's tuition is required at the time of registration for all Kindergarten students and will be credited to your account.
ALL REGISTRATION AND SUPPLY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

NOTE: Tuition is due the 1st
day of each month. There will be a late charge of $25.00
for payment made after the 10th of the month. There will be
no reduction for holidays, illness, or absences,
or additional children of the same family.

| AGE
OF STUDENTS: Must be 2, 3, 4, or 5
on or
before SEPTEMBER 1, 2007, to enter that age group.

| SNACKS:
Both mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks
are provided by the center.
|
|
| LUNCHES:
Students need to bring a non-refrigerated lunch.
Pizza is available on Mondays at a cost of $2.50 per day.
McDonald's chicken nugget meal is available on Fridays at a cost
of $3.00. To sign-up for the monthly recurring lunch program see
the secretary. ( Your account will automatically be charge with
the appropriate monthly amount).

| MEDICATION:
Medicine will not be dispensed by staff
members, whether over-the-counter or prescribed; nor may a child
take his/her own. There are no exceptions to this rule.

| EXTENDED TIME CHARGES: | |
| $4.00/hr or ANY PART of an hour. | |
| Charge is applied when your half-day child stays after 12:00 noon or arrives before 8:45 AM. It is applied to Kindergarten half-day students after 2:00 PM. | |
| Arrangements must be made ahead of time to avoid the $6.00 late fee. | |
